Standard Installs - Wavelength will provide standard installation of Fixed Wireless equipment for a $65 charge and a 12 month agreement.  Customers who close their account within 12 months may be required to pay a $175 cancellation fee or the remaining balance of the contract, whichever is less.  Existing customers who move within Wavelength service areas are required to pay for relocation of the equipment at a rate of $75 per hour.

 

Premium installs are installs which have a technical challenge or special request that is outside of a standard install.  Premium installs are billed to the customer for any time beyond that required in a standard install at a rate of $75 per hour to be quoted to the customer before any work has begun.
